When I go to an admin page with tabs, the text in the tabs is white (#fff) and the tab backgrounds are an off-white (due to the color of the PNG images).  Therefore, the text is virtually unreadable.  I'm guessing it's a CSS style issue with the current version of the pages?

I've also noticed that just for a moment as the page loads, the tabs' background color is blue, and also when hovering over the currently selected tab there is a blue area revealed just to the right of that tab.
