Message: Check via web file manager that required files are ( Chmod 777 ) . If not stick as your have changed then use WEB File Manager for (step-5) . you are getting this error only for file permissions(step5). Some server don't allow to keep file permission as Chmod 777 then ask your hosting provider to allow this.
