The installation of WWWThreads Bulletin Board is very simple and has been divided in the below steps for your convenience.

1) Download “WWWThreads” bulletin board software from here: http://www.wwwthreads.com/downloads.html

2) Created Mysql database, Database User and connect this user to the database from your Hosting Control Panel.

3) On your ftp, make a directory and name it what ever you wish, the forum will be hosted in this directory.

4) Upload all files of WWWThreads via ftp to this folder.

5) Set CHMOD / permission ( Chmod 777 ):
           WWWThreads Forum is going to need read AND write access to the following file:
         
               config.php          - ( Chmod 777 )
         
           WWWThreads Forum is also going to need read AND write access to the following folders:

               backup/                 - ( Chmod 777 )
                    cache/                   - ( Chmod 777 )
                    img/                     - ( Chmod 777 )
                    img/avatars/         - ( Chmod 777 )
                    include/user/         - ( Chmod 777 )
                    include/template/   - ( Chmod 777 )
                    style/                    - ( Chmod 777 )
                    uploads/                - ( Chmod 777 )
                    uploads/math/        - ( Chmod 777 )

6) Run Installation Wizard from your browser go to the location of your forumfolder/install/

7) Input the Mysql Sever Information, user name, password, and the login/password information for the administrator and other information on installation wizard.

An Example:
Database Server : localhost
Database Name :  Your forum database name here
Database User : Your forum database’s user Name here
Database Password : Your forum database’s user Password here
Database Prefix : Prefix for your forum database tables OR you can leave it as Blank
Administrator Username : Username for Forum Administrator here
Administrator Password : Password for Forum Administrator here
Administrator E-Mail : Administrator E-Mail address here
Registered to (username) : Your name here
Registered to (company) : Company Name here
Base Forum URL : Your forum Homepage URL here

After this has been done, everything else is pretty self explanatory. Your Forum is now ready to go!
